We offer shipping to all locations, with charges varying based on the destination. Each puppy comes with a complimentary puppy pack that includes toys, feeding bowls, a bolster bed, blanket, coat brush, puppy pad, training tips, a bag of puppy food, and puppy care information.
For a flat service fee, your puppy can be hand-delivered by a chaperone to your nearest major airport or directly to your home. Once you’ve completed the purchase, we’ll coordinate with you to arrange the travel details. After confirming the time, date, and flight, we’ll send you all the travel information. Your puppy will travel safely in the cabin with a dedicated puppy nanny, who will care for them throughout the flight and ensure they arrive at your nearest airport or home in perfect condition.

SHIPPING BY SPECIALIZED GROUND SERVICE

You can opt to have your puppy delivered right to your doorstep by van through a Pet Transport service that covers all destinations across the continent. The cost for this service depends on the distance and location. This is the most convenient option, as the puppy is transported by van under the care of trained professionals who ensure its well-being throughout the delivery.

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your puppy, as long as the puppy is returned to us at the buyer’s expense.
We take every measure to ensure you receive a healthy puppy. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a significant genetic health issue within one year of purchase, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. However, we cannot guarantee against common illnesses or any accidents that may occur after the puppy is in your care.
While we strongly advise you to take your puppy to the veterinarian, any related costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Therefore, we only welcome those who are genuinely interested in a puppy or who have already placed a deposit to visit our kennel and meet the parents of your future puppy.
